Only 4 solid studs were on that wall.
That's better...new window header even.
"Sided"
Double doors are in the way so the far side is about to get chopped off...
Far door off, frame re-enforcement done, and covered porch extension taking shape...
Porch exension coming along nicely.
Extension done, siding up.
The Garage:
Found un-insulated, free-standing, placed directly onto wood. Safe, more efficient, and to code now.
Compromised studs in an earthquake zone.
New studs, copper, gas [black] pipe connection, and window.
The Corner House:
Front of house getting new windows.
New windows and paint.
Rear getting new T1-11 siding and windows.
Back ready toget painted.
